What kind of caulk did you use? In a shower I would only recommend GE Silicone kitchen and bath. Anything else will mold and crumble. Spray a little Sprayway glass cleaner on the caulk before you smooth it.

Edit: more context - it's a walk in waterfall shower, 3 all-tile walls and 1 glass wall/entrance. I bought the property this year and they did a really crappy job installing the shower.
